Note that things get very busy for us during our labelling, packaging, printing and stock take, so it may take us longer to prepare and pack orders. If you are printing on your garment please be patient with us and add a further five working days to our standard delivery timescales, we pay a lot of attention to detail.

IF YOU AREN’T IN WHEN THE DELIVERY ARRIVES

Our couriers, will leave a calling card with contact details explaining how you can get your parcel.

IF THERE ARE DELAYS

We do everything we can to make sure deliveries take place when we say they will. Sometimes, though, things beyond our control delay delivery. If the delivery is going to be delayed, we’ll email to apologise and tell you of the new delivery schedule.

POSTAGE COSTS IF YOUR ORDER COMES IN TWO DELIVERIES

Even if your order arrives in two packages you only pay for one lot of postage per order, regardless of how many parcels we send out to you.

USING A DIFFERENT DELIVERY ADDRESS

Sometimes you aren’t at home to receive your parcel, so please give us an alternative address if it suits you better – for example, your work address. You can enter any address you wish on the checkout page, under billing address.

 

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES


OUR RETURN POLICY

We love our clothes and trust the quality of our garments but we don’t want anyone to keep a garment if they don’t want it. So if for any reason at all you want to return something, you can do so within 14days of delivery.

It doesn’t matter whether you’ve tried the garment on or not (except for underwear – see below). We’ll give you a full refund or exchange the item. We don’t refund the original postage and packaging charge, but if you just want us to exchange the item then you don’t pay any postage for the replacement.

There are only two exceptions to our 14 days guarantee:

• During the SALE we have a seven-day return policy for all goods bought on the site.

• For UNDERWEAR we ask that you return products to us within 7 days of delivery date. We will be happy to refund or exchange underwear provided they are in perfect condition, unworn, and in their original packaging.

HOW TO RETURN OR EXCHANGE A PRODUCT

Follow the instructions on the packing slip enclosed with your order, which includes a guide to the cost of postage and a detachable label with our address on it. Please complete and enclose the Returns Form indicating whether you would like an exchange or a refund.

If you no longer have the packaging slip, just send us a brief note with your name, address, postcode and contact number. Make sure you tell us whether you would like an exchange or refund. It would also be helpful if you could tell us why you are returning the item so that we can get a better idea of what our customers want.

(If you are returning a gift, please remember to include the buyer’s name and address as well as yours.)

When you return goods, we strongly recommend you ask for a proof of postage in case the parcel goes missing on its way back to us.

We always try to deal with returns as soon as they arrive. However, during really busy periods, please allow up to 7 days for your return or exchange to be processed. Note that refunds for items bought as gifts can only be given to the original payer, and if you decide to swap an item, we can’t stop the payer from finding out. Sorry.
